Do You Accept Returns?

If your are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 7 days to return from the date you received it for an exchange or refund ( please contact us first ). Your item must be unopened and in the same condition you received it, once we have received this back we will check it over and if approved will notify you of your request of a refund minus shipping costs or exchange.

       Problems ?

If there any problems within 21 days of receiving our products, please contact us and we will do our best to help and advise, anything after this is out of our hands and down to you the buyer / consumer.

We wont be liable for any orders held at customs, if your parcel has been returned for whatever reason you will be re charged to post back out, we take no responsibility for incorrect information given so always double check before submitting your details .

Are You FreeFrom?

yes! All our butters are free from everything except taste. We use no nasties, added sugars or E numbers, nothing added nothing taken away. 

Gluten free, Dairy free, Vegan, Lactose free, Sugar free and some items Soy free.

      Shipping

We use Royal mail and other courier companies if necessary. It is the buyers responsibility of paying for shipping costs to return any items back to us, Pronuts Butters are not liable for any products damaged or lost in transit, if your order does arrive damaged please contact the courier and file a claim. Orders are not shipped out on weekends or Holidays, postage options are stated upon check out.
