Do you accept returns?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you have 7 days to return from the date you received it for an exchange or refund. ( please contact first )
Your item must be unopened / unused and in the same condition you received it along with proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you and check it over, if approved we will happily refund to your original payment minus shipment costs or exchange upon your request.
If there is any problems within 30 days of receiving your item please contact us and we will do our best to help and advise, anything after this will be out of our control and down to you the buyer / consumer.
Are you freefrom?
Yes! All our butters are freefrom everything except taste. We use no nasties, sugars or E numbers, nothing added nothing taken away.
We use royal mail but will use other courier companies if necessary.
It is the responsibility of the buyer for paying shipping costs and returning back to us.
Pronuts Butters are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim..
Orders are not shipped out at the weekend or on holidays.
Postage options are stated upon checkout, if your order is greater than 6 jars, Please contact.
Any Orders placed on a Thursday unless using 1st class will not be posted till the Monday as we dont was our butters sitting in the warehouse
